Hot Mulled Cider with Town Branch Rye

Ingredients
Town Branch Rye
Apple cider
1 small lemon
Allspice
1 cinnamon stick
Preparations
Bring cider to a boil.
Add 1 1/4 parts Town Branch Rye to a glass or mug.
Fill the rest of the glass with hot cider.
Add one lemon wheel and muddle using the cinnamon stick.
Add a pinch of allspice.
Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
Yields one serving.
