Honey Barrel Brown Ale Kettle Corn
1. Pour beer and oil into a large pot. Warm over medium heat, until oil begins to bubble (or reaches 300 degrees F).
2. Add kernels, then sugar and immediately cover and shake pot to avoid burning sugar.
3. Continue shaking often until kernels begin to pop.
4. Once popping slows 1-2 seconds, remove from heat.
5. Transfer to a large bowl or dish and toss with sea salt.
